The cost of the ad is refunded upon placement.
International Resourcing and Relocation
Pegasus Global is continuously involved in international search and selection for varied clients both in Australia and around the globe. Subsequently, Pegasus has proven international vetting; video conferencing, sponsorship, relocation and candidate care processes and facilities in place. Pegasus Global has relocated 50+ IT&C permanent and contract candidates per annum to Australia since launch. Salary Surveys
Pegasus Global has a facility to undertake salary surveys via its RecruitLive database. A search is undertaken based on core skills and number of years of experience (and location where applicable). An average of the candidate's salary is taken to give a reflection of the market.
Psychometric and Technical Testing
When requested by a client, Pegasus Global can employ psychometric tests to qualify potential candidates on a non-technical basis. These tests provide an insight into a candidate's achievement history, strengths, weakness, social skills, self confidence, desire to compete and commitment to hard work.
Our Technical tests can be adopted as standard practice or for specific roles, depending on the client's preference. Pegasus can provide our own technically specific tests, or manage the testing process in accordance with your pre-screening methods.
